I'm so dissappointed I called to cancel and they told me they already shipped and charged my account. I saw that they charged me. When I asked about when it wa shipped I was told it shipped 7/28/12 I called them on 7/31/12 I asked for a tracking # and was given it. When I went online to track the product was shipped on 7/31/12 not 7/28/12 as I was told. Now I have to wait to get the product and ship it back to cancel and wait for a refund. This company STINKS!
